The specific details, scope, and pricing of the services will be established in a separate service agreement or proposal agreed upon between Octify and the Client.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for informational purposes and to contact us regarding our services. You agree not to:

Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the security or operation of the Site.

Client Deliverables: Upon full payment of all applicable fees, the Client shall own the rights to the specific ad creatives and landing pages created for them by Octify during the term of the service agreement. Octify retains the right to use these works for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
By engaging our services, you agree to pay the fees outlined in your specific service proposal. All payments are due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to pause or terminate services immediately if payment is not received on time. All fees paid are non-refundable.
While Octify employs industry best practices to achieve the best possible performance for your campaigns, we do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to a specific number of leads, sales, return on investment (ROI), or return on ad spend (ROAS). Digital marketing performance is subject to third-party platform policies (such as Meta or Google), market conditions, and algorithm changes outside of our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ICONNECT GROUP LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the three (3) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Octify. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose information that pertains to your privacy.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to this Site or these Terms shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Wyoming.
